Your reflection is strong in raising the question "is too much technology always positive?". You've painted a clear picture of the advantages and disadvantages of increased technology use. Your use of Prensky’s (2001), Bruyckere (2017) and Timotheou et al. (2023) creates discussion that’s easy to follow / helps the reader investigate their own opinions. Continue to use these sources to support your ideas, they blend nicely into your arguments.
I think adding tangible evidence would be beneficial to support your position further. I suggest refraining from using vague language, e.g. in your first paragraph, "Timotheou et al. (2023) explains that technology… can also influence teachers and the way schools operate". Explain how technology affects students / the way schools operate with statistics and evidence.
Also, I suggest formatting it at 6 paragraphs (description, feelings, evaluation, analysis, conclusion, action plan) so it's clear how your paragraphs are intentional / relate to each heading.

Your reflection strongly highlights both advantages and disadvantages of using technology as an educational tool. The consistent use of Rogers (2021) and Strom (2021)'s sources to back up your perspective works well to create a clear intentional discussion. You've created a clear picture of what your intentions are in your writing.
Throughout your reflection, although you have nicely covered the impact of technology on education, you haven't quite touched on the impact of technology on us as people. I suggest you add a statement at the end of your paragraphs that goes a step further to answer the short and/or long term effects.
You've used AI as a tangible example of positive and negative effects on education and included how you would monitor the use of AI in your future teaching. This is great, keep doing this.
